Prandi, Katy Beth
Bryant and Michel Davinson will be competing at the 2003
Worl Cup Trials to be held at the University of Georgia.Kyle will
be competing on the 3M individual event and 10M synchronize event
with partner diver Mark Ruiz from TEAM ORLANDO. Kathy and Michell will both be competing on the 3M individual event and 3M synchronize event. Michell and Kathy are the defending champion on the 3M synchronize event. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!

Fodde, Ryan Clavelo, Hunter Becerra, Shelby Jackman, Kristen
Arnold and Karina Silva will be competing at the 2003 Regional VII
that will be held at Coral Spring, FL. The top three on the
11&under and top five on the 13&under will earn a spot to
compete at 2003 East Spring Nationals in Bloomington, Indiana. We wish them good luck.

| APRIL 7,2003 | The
Miami Diving Junior Regional team had and outstanding performance
at the 2003 Regional VII Championship. On the 11&under Boys 1m
Christopher Fodde barely missed a spot to represent us at East
Nationals arriving on 4th place by only 7 points of 3rd place,
which was the least place necessary to qualify. Behind was Hunter
Becerra on fifth place also very close from the 3rd spot. Becerra
on the other hand, captured the 3rd place on 3m which qualified
him to the East National Championship.
On the 12-13 Boys 1M and 3M, Ryan Clavelo did a great job on his first Regional competition. He finished 12th and 8th. Ryan will have another chance this Summer to qualify for Summer Nationals. On the 11&under Girls 1 Met, Shelby Jackman kept us suspense until her last dive. She executed her last dive, a 203C, for 6 1/2. This scores almost gave her enough total points to qualify for the East Championship. She arrived 4th. She also will have another chance this Summer to show all her good qualities again. Finally, Kristen Arnold and Karina Silva - on the 12-13 girls - did a magnificent job by qualifying in both boards. Kristen accomplish 2d place on the 1 meter and 5th place on 3 meter. Karina Silva was 2nd on the 3 meter and 4th on the 1 meter. Congratulations to all our divers for an outstanding competion at 2003 Winter Regional Champioship. Keep up the good work!!!!!!! |
